Can the New Post link have an "Advanced" option to get to full-function editor?

    I appreciate that there’s an audience that likes the “simple” post method (one or two clicks to a simplified form to post a blog. However, I like the full-function post entry page. Could there not be an option to access the dashboard version of new post creation from the same menu? It takes an unnecessary number of clicks to get to the editor I prefer, when I don’t see any reason why there couldnt be an “Advanced” option from the New Post menu to take me to the same place. “Simple” quick/easy posters could still get what they need easily, I could still get where I need to, without having to search it out.
