Can the system fail to notify blog followers of posts?

  I don’t think followers of my blog are receiving notification of my posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I believe that some (maybe all) of my followers may have stopped receiving e-mail notifications just after 29 September 2013. Is it possible to check if this has happened?
