Can this be done without?

  I’m using the NeoEase theme and wonder if, without upgrading to the CSS – is there any way to change the top menu colors?

  Or do I need to pay 15$ for the css upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://f1dblog.wordpress.com/ is actually using iNove. Is that the blog you’re talking about?

  It would require the upgrade and some CSS experience.

  Hi, Yes – That is right the iNove theme –

  On the bottom of the footer it says iNove by NeoEase.

  I own and operate a web design & development busines, so am very familiar with CSS :).
