Can this be refunded?

  I didn’t realize the automatic setting on this account was to renew a month early and charge my credit card. I would like to cancel and domains and services and have this amount refunded, please.

  Yes, I can help you with this. Do you have any plans to use the custom domain that you own again now or in the future? It doesn’t matter if it’d be with us or another service – but once we officially cancel the domain it can be impossible to regain ownership of it again.

  Before I cancel howmyanxietyruinedtheday.com I want to check with you about any future plans for the domain.

  Once I hear back I’ll get things sorted. Typically it takes about ten days for the refund to reach you. We’ve already processed the plan portion of the refund.
