Can this be used in an internet business?

  I am brand new to this part of using the internet and need any help I can get on the best and most common ways to use this Bloging system . I feel it is a great way to send out and receive information and I sure don’t want to use it the wrong way.

  Is this legal to use promoting a new business that I am thinking about starting or one I have now? Thanks. Jerry
