Can this theme be added to available WP templates?

  Was wondering if the following theme (“papaver”) could be made available through WordPress:

  http://moargh.de/portfolio/downloads/papaver/

  It is an elegant, clean layout for text/writing style blogs and is a bit different from most of the themes currently available. Thank you!
