  Can user role (Author) see site stats?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  yes an Author can see the site stats

  So, which user roles does not allow to see stats but still allows guest posts?

  None – Contributors can also see the stats

  If you don’t want people to see the stats but contribute, they will need to email their work to you and you will need to transfer it into a Post

  wow – perhaps we can recommend an improvement to create a guest user role that does not have access to the stats!

  Hi there,

  If you’d like to invite someone to contribute posts to your blog, but you don’t want them to access any information about the blog (such as blog stats), I recommend having them submit the post to you so you can post it to the blog. You could use a Contact Form for this purpose, if you’d like. :)
