Can view stats & insights page, but can’t login to my store itself

I can view stats & insights for my wordpress site (and ultimately, store) but when I click on ‘My Site,’ I get a login screen that will not take my password (wrong password, it says), and when I click ‘Lost your password?’ it just cycles me back to that same login screen, it does not prompt me to recover my password, nor does it send me an email to reset the password.
I’ve tried multiple browsers and multiple computers; same result.

Hi @edotrains, it sounds like you can access our services which you connected to the site, but can’t access your installation itself.
If your wp-admin login isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help with your own copy of WordPress, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support

went through the hosting account–hadn’t set up password for admin account yet. Remedied! Thank you.
