Can visitors view all comments?

  Can a page be created, or a widget used, so visitors can browse through all comments in the same way that the blog owner can scroll through from the dashboard? Or is the only option the RSS subscription?

  We do have a Widget that allows visitors to view the most recent comments on your site. Perhaps this may meet your needs?

  Otherwise, I’m afraid we do not have a Widget available to readers, besides the RSS Feed, to review a complete list of comments on a particular WordPress site.
