Can we add a wibiya toolbar?

  Not sure I want to know if we purchase wibiya toolbar do we need CSS upgrade to insert it into…wordpress.com blog? Would love to have it not sure if its available?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No I’m sorry but this question has been asked previously. Please always search the forum before you post new threads like the sticky post of the head of the forum says.

  The software here strips out all external Javascript and other restricted code. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  Also acquiring the CSS editing upgrade does not allow you to install it or any other plugin. There are no upgrades here at wordpress.COM that allow you to upload any plugins whatsoever. We do not have FTP accesss to fre hosted wordpress.com blogs — period.
