Can we export a theme to GoDaddy?

    I bought a premium theme (port) and I would like to transfer it to my GoDaddy hosted site.

    Is it possible?

    If not, I saw that I can be refund but when I click on Cancel and Refund, there’s only a blank page that appears. Is it refundable?

    The Port theme you bought on WordPress.com can’t be transferred to GoDaddy because on WordPress.com we can’t access the theme files.

    However you can get in touch with ThemeTrust, the creators of Port theme here: http://themetrust.com/themes/port/ and ask if they allow you to download the theme files which you can then use on GoDaddy, as you have already purchased their theme via WordPress.com.

    If the unlucky situation where they don’t allow you to download, you can issue a refund yourself within 30 days of purchase, by following the instructions in the Refunds support document.
