Can we get Sticky posts to send notifications?

    Recent changes WordPress has made in the Read Blogs feed and in Comment Notifications have made it so that no one needs to visit your home page anymore. The problem with that is that there is really no way to feature an older post without re-blogging it or changing the publish date. When I mark a post as Sticky, I want my subscribers to actually see it. Can we modify this feature so that Sticky posts show up in feeds?

    I’m sorry, I’m afraid that won’t be possible since the feed only displays your most recent content.

    I’ll be happy to register your suggestion, but your current method on your site—tagging those favorite posts—is your best bet when your readers click through to your site.
