Can we have a gist plug-in available on WordPress.com

  Hi,

  Would it be possible to add a gist plug in (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/github-gist-shortcode/) to those available on wordpress.com? I think it would be invaluable to developers writing blogs and wanting to include code samples, doesn't really cut it when you want want lots of examples. Posterous already supports this, but I'd prefer to use WordPress!
