Can we host a customized WordPress site by deploying a Dupicator package?

We have an existing WP site and we are considering moving to a different hosting provider. The site uses several customized plugins, themes, etc., Can I host it on WordPress.com with my own collection of plugins and themes, or am I limited? Can I create the site by deploying a Duplicator package? Thanks!

You can use your WordPress.com account to feed posts to a self-hosted site.
