Can we migrate blog subscribers to self-hosted site before domain mapping?
-
Hi,
I purchased a self-hosted site and I want to migrate from my wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org. I haven’t yet used the domain mapping or redirect option but in the meantime used jetpack to migrate my subscribers to my self-hosted site. Is this correct? Am I doing anything wrong here? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!
In order to migrate your subscribers, the only think you’ll need to do is have your Jetpack site connected to your WordPress.com account.
Here is the link with the instructions to transfer your followers to your self-hosted site:

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I used jetpack and transferred my email subscribers to my new domain. How do I transfer the stats? Also, I am trying to purchase site redirect from wordpress.com blog and I am getting an error saying ‘domain URL not valid’. What should I do? -
Hi,
I activated jetpack but only my wordpress.com followers got transferred, all e-mail subscribers and my stats are still missing. Can you please move my subscribers and stats from pkskitchenequations.wordpress.com to pkskitchenequations.com?
Please help!! -
