Can we redirect on mobile?
-
We created a QR code with a link from a blog post when it was still a draft. When we actually published the post a few weeks later, the URL changed. When you type in the old URL (from the draft) while on a desktop, you are automatically redirected to the current URL of that post. However, when you scan the QR code from a mobile device, you are not redirected and get an error.
Draft URL: http://housemadehome.com/2014/11/03/betenbough-homes-green-features/
Actual URL: http://housemadehome.com/2014/11/24/betenbough-homes-green-features/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

HI!
Just to be clear, you have a link embedded within a QR code elsewhere. When the QR code is scanned by a mobile device, it’s taking readers to the following URL, which doesn’t work:
http://housemadehome.com/2014/11/03/betenbough-homes-green-features/
Is that correct?
The best way around this would be to change the date of the post to 11/03/14, which should change the URL. You can do this from the Edit Post screen here:
https://housemadehomes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1864&action=edit
Here’s a screenshot of the particular section:
Can you give that a try?
