Can we see search terms in the new stats page?
-
I had a question about the new stats page layout. All in all, I really like the new design. However, I can’t find anywhere on the page for where it has what search terms brought people to my site. Is that being phased out, or is it just an oversight?

Awesome, thanks. It would usually just say “unknown search terms”, but occasionally I would get an interesting phrase that I wouldn’t expect.

Just making sure. Have you read this? http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#search-engine-terms

I haven’t and it answers my other question as to why so many terms come in unknown, but I’m still curious as to why it’s no longer an option on the new stats page.

I saw in another thread that they just threw out the search terms as not all that relevant, since some search engines encrypt the search terms – I think the poster was told to get Google Web Master Tools for a bit of data – but tools is sort of crippled
the new “improved” stats page is so messed up as to be useless and I don’t bother to use it – looked a couple of times and now have a bookmark for the not so new stats page

Hi there,
We are still not done iterating on the new stats page, and the search engine terms is amongst the items which is being debated. I of course cannot guarantee when or even if they will be re-included in to the new stats, but rest assured that the stats page you see now is not the final version!
