Did you perform an update for the theme you are using? A cursory search doesn’t bode well for versioning within WordPress.com, you might have to ask one of the staff about that feature.

I think you will benefit from doing tag searches and lurking for awhile. If you read the threads that experienced Volunteers respond to you will avoid providing misleading information and from tagging threads for Staff attention prematurely or when their assistance is not required. -

Know that there is no such thing as reverting a site to its previous state. To do that requires you removing everything you published and changed on it since the time you specify.
