Can we use tags to exclude posts?

    On a page we can display a list of posts marked with a given tag, but can we also further refine that list of posts by excluding content that has another tag?

    For example, can we have a page that displays every post with the tag “events,” except posts that also has the tag “Boston” (thus, generating a list of all posts of events that were anywhere except Boston)?
