Can WordPress Do something like this?

I would like to make a page similar to this page:
where you can select things from a drop down list (or 2) and it will change the image on the screen, or even open the image in another tab.
Can WordPress do something like this, is there a plug-in to do it? I don’t even know what terms to search for. Any and all guidance/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sure that would be possible using the right plugin. However, we cannot advise you on whether such a plugin exists, as this is the forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com and those sites cannot use plugins.
Plugins can only be used on WordPress.com as part of our Business Plan, and we do try to provide some support for third-party plugins for sites hosted with us, but for advice on which plugins to use for a particular feature the better place to ask is the self-hosted WordPress forums – the community there maintains and supports the open source WordPress software and have a much wider range of experience of the different options that are available.

I am using wordpress.com not wordpress.org so I cannot get onto their forum :(
Can you suggest a key word or words to look for to figure out how to make a drop down to change a figure? When I try things like dropdown menu or select figure, they are of no help.
