Can WordPress handle my social network site?

    I am trying to develop a social network site where people can post videos, articles, etc. and have their content monetized with ads on the side column of their post. Will WordPress be able to handle the specific kind of site I plan on building?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Without knowing all the functionalities you plan to implement, it’s a bit hard for us to answer that :)

    However, all the things that you’ve mentioned so far are possible on our Business Plan, which will allow you to install third party themes and plugins. A good plugin for social networking is BuddyPress, you can check it out here: https://buddypress.org/
