Can WordPress help this paying customer log into his account?
-
I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. The day after I changed my account password two weeks ago, I lost access to all my websites. I have tried every password I ever used, but it’s not that — the account recovery and password recovery engines didn’t even recognize my email address which I use to log in. I couldn’t even log in to post a question in this forum or submit a request for help, so I’m using an old free blog to log in and post this. I bought the following domains from Namecheap in 2012-13. Not only can I not get into my http://www.foundingamericans.org site, but I can’t get into my http://www.nwgoldbuyers.com, http://www.allsaintsidaho.com, or http://www.thefreedompress.wordpress.com website. (I recently let freedompress.us expire). Please help. I need to post some new material. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER I AM A VOLUNTEER AND ALL THE STAFF ARE ON SOME KIND OF RETREAT SO STOP SHOUTING AT ME.
Now, were all of those blogs administered under the same user account? If so, what is the username? What was the previous username? Did you change the email address associated with the account? Are there any other admins of any (or all) of those websites?

Provided you don’t have any connectivity issues or browser related issues, my guess is you may own these blogs under a different username account and have to recover them.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. -
Hey, no worries, not trying to “shout,” just to get some help. The Support page said that paying customers will get priority, thus the note. Yes, all those are under the same account. The previous username is my primary email address, and that didn’t change. I am the only admin for the blogs.

Timethief and Raincoaster, thanks for replying. Unfortunately, the account recovery and password recovery engines didn’t even recognize my email address which I use to log in. I couldn’t even log in to post a question in this forum or submit a request for help, so I’m using an old free blog to log in and post this. Any additional help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Staff need specifics and as you are not logged in under the username account that registered the blogs you can’t access you need to provide the relevant details. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Thanks Timethief, that would be great! I will subscribe to the thread. I appreciate the help.

Hi Judd – Those blogs are all owned by a different WordPress.com account, not juddwilson79. Can you think of some additional email addresses you might have used to open that account? I can’t release the email for security reasons, but I can confirm it if you list some possible emails.

Eurello, thanks for your reply. I could really use your help. :) As I stated in my initial post, I am the owner of those blogs, which I registered under a different username, but could not get access to. As you noted, those blogs are not registered with juddwilson79. I logged in under that old username in order to post my query to this forum. If you have a private way I can send my username and email address to you, I’ll do so right away. I also have the receipts from registering my blogs with Namecheap if that helps. And, last but not least, I have numerous evidences of my identity (driver’s license, military ID, etc) which match up to the vlogs I’ve been filming and posting to FoundingAmericans.org.

Hi there, I just sent you an email so we can discuss your private account details. Please let me know if you don’t receive that message. Thanks!
