can WordPress.com content be backed up easily?

  I’m a newbie trying to learn how to back up my content as I create pages. I’ve searched a bit but haven’t found the right posts. My blog is http://ebooksuccess4free.wordpress.com

  Export Your Website’s Content

  (1) You can export a copy of our blog contents out and store the XML file on our own computer. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  (2) You can use an offline blog editor like windowslivewriter or ecto to create and publish posts from. Then you will have an backup copy of everything your publish automatically posted into a file on your own computer.

  (3) You can also subscribe to your own blog feed.

  (4) You can backup your posts using Feedburner and gmail.
