Can WordPress.com help us migrate from WordPress.org to WordPress.com?

question about upgrading
We are looking to simplify our hosting of our blog for our business. We would like to know if wordpress.com with an upgrade would be able to host our blog that we currently pay for hosting separately and maintain ourselves. In particular, would the design, widgets, plugins (all very simple ones) still be available. And does wordpress.com work to optimize blog loading (cacheing, etc…) for both the blog and the server?
Our blog is currently at http://www.calstrengthacademy.com
Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The design will not port over. Plugins cannot be used here at all, although much functionality is built in. You will not be able to host your online store here.

Ok thanks. We have our store on another platform and don’t plan on porting that over at all. I guess I should look at the themes available and what functionality is built in. Then we could better assess if it would work.
Is it safe to say that wordpress.com manages the server and site loading speed well?
Thank you once again for the response

If I were you I would check with WordPress staff whether your blog is acceptable. My understanding is that if the purpose of your blog was to drive people to your store then you probably would not be permitted on WordPress.com. On the other hand a blog that’s purpose is to “personally engage with their customers” and/or “share expertise” is explicitly permitted.

BTW WordPress.com do manages the server and site loading speed well, I have heard of some blogs getting linked to news articles and getting tens of thousands of hits in an hour without issues.

Ok, Thank you for the responses. I will check with the WordPress.com staff about our blog. It has always been to inform people of our gym and share information.
Thank you once again
