Can wordpress.com restore my site to an earlier version/date from its end?

  I need http://www.stevemarlowe.net (stephendmarlowe.wordpress.com) restored as it was on November 18, 2016. I do not have an XML export/backup from which to restore. Before contacting you, I reviewed support documentation at https://en.support.wordpress.com/export. Also, I reviewed various forum threads returned from searches on permutations of “backup,” “restore,” and “recover,” and related phrases. Most of what I’ve seen discusses restoration from backups generated by the Admin Panel’s export function, instead of wordpress.com restoring a backed up version of the site from your end. I would appreciate your help on this, and eagerly await your response. Thank you.
