  I have 2 blogs, one personal and one about a niche

  Is it possible to have one wordpress.com-user, but blog in different names at different blogs?

  If you want to completely separate two blogs already registered under one username and email address, then you have to log out of WordPress.com, point your browser to http://wordpress.com/signup to register another username account using a different email address, add the new user to the blog you want to transfer to them, and follow the process for transferring a blog to another WordPress.com username account.
