Can year in review be sent again?

Please explain to me how I can log into my annual report; I cannot login despite resetting/changing the password. Help please – for http://www.walkingthederwent.com

You shouldn’t have to log in to your report. If you are logged in as the owner of the site (which you are as you are able to post in the forums) you should be able to view the report.

I have generated your annual report for you again so you should be receiving a link to it via email soon.

I did not receive an email with my annual report for 2015. My website is cassiaandco.com. I tried using the “http://site-name.com/2015/annual-report/” format to view it while I am logged in, but it says, “Oops! That page can’t be found.” Could you please have the report sent to my email?

I have been emailed my annual report but keep getting this ‘sorry this report is only visible to members of this site’. I tried signing in and out but keep getting the same thing. And when I click on the url “http://site-name.com/2015/annual-report/” you suggested and get the same thing. Help please? Could it be emailed to me again? It’s for http://www.angelabarnett.me

I have regenerated your report, so you should receive it via email soon.

Please make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser. The only reason I can think why you’ll get that error is that we’re having trouble tracking your login, and we do that via browser cookies.

@kokkieh Thanks, but I haven’t gotten an email nor does the http://artiden.com/2015/annual-report work. Usually there is a link in the dashboard anyways – but what is going on here?

That link doesn’t work for Jetpack sites, only for WordPress.com sites.

Our logs show that the email did go out and was delivered successfully. Can you please check the Spam folder, and any automatic filters you might have active in your email?

I’ll also send it another time, just to make sure.
