Can you add a "quic/comment" feature to my "wp-admin/edit.php" page?

  I want to comment on existing/old posts via my “https://flynnsposts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php” page. So far there are only four features: “Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View”. I’d like to see a fifth feature called “comment” along this line. Thank you.

  That’s not actually a feature of WordPress.com, but we’ll look into adding something similar.
