Can you add Email Newsletter Popups Premium?

  I pay premium subscription. However, since I can’t use plugins, and edit HTML.
  How do I add an email newsletter popup.

  I feel like this is a key factor to blogging and websites, so there must be a way.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Custom plugins and themes can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan — not the plans below this.

  How do I add an email newsletter popup.

  This can be done using MailChimp (there is an option to create a subscriber popup):
