Can you add tags to the Pages of your Blog?

On one of my blogs, Letters From The Front Theater, there is a main statement page that is always going to be what we want the reader to see first. We’ve added Pages for additional information. I’ve added tags to the main blog, but cannot see how to add tags to the Pages. Help! Thanks!
