Can you apply categories to old posts?

  I have many posts and wondered whether to use categories to group them. Can you use Categories to classify old posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The number of my posts now exceeds 150 but I have not used “Categories” to group them and make it easier for readers. Can one apply Categories to old posts and if so is this a good idea?

  Try it out and see – you should be pleasantly surprised!

  If you’ve not used it before I would recommend using the bulk edit feature so you don’t have to go through all your old posts one by one, you can simply select all the ones you want and apply one category or tag to them all at once.
