can you assist with adding a custom form?

  Add a Custom Form… I can format/modify but, when attempting to ‘Add this form to my post’ – nothing happens. Any ideas? Have the same result in multiple browsers FWIW.

  Should you try another forum? The Jetpack help section – http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack – might provide a more specific answer to your question. It also might address other things you’re having trouble with. If your site is hosted elsewhere you should also post in the WP.org forums.
