Can you block "recommended sites" on free blog?

  I have a free blog and it seems wordpress is harrassing me now with “recommended sites” which clutter my page. There is a constant stream of these. I assume the only way you can stop these is to pay wordpress.
  That is pretty miserable behaviour!

  Scroll down, until you find ‘Related Posts’, click on ‘Hide related content after posts’, scroll down and save the page. Problem solved.
