Can you change the subject matter of the ads on my site?

Hiya, i love wordpress! Ads appear on my site http://foodcompulsions.wordpress.com/. Given that my site is about food addiction, I find the ad for alcohol inappropriate. I understand that ads are part of my having a free site. but can you run ads that are not related to food or alcohol or recovery programs for either (as the latter will seem like our org is endorsing it) ? Thanks again!

All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/
Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar.
