Can you change your default URL?

    I changed the name of my blog and want the URL to reflect that. I don’t own the domain so I wanted to edit that but when I go to the domain part of dashboard I can’t find a way to edit my URL.

    Is this possible and if so how?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I don’t know what the “domain part of the dashboard” is. If someone else owns the domain, why would you be able to edit it?

    I meant, why would you be able to edit the “domain part of the dashboard” or who owns it? I may be misunderstanding you.
