can you click on an image and go to a diffetent page?

  Hello, I have a book blog and what I would like to do is,
  I want to have image’s of book covers under ‘My Review’ page. I want to be able to click on any of the books and open up to see my review of that book. Can it be done and if so how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
