Can you configure Mail A record and MX record to fix my email issues please?

    Hi there,
    My domain name is not able to host my email because of the name server being linked to wordpress. I have asked my domain host for assistance with this & they have given me the below advice. can you please help me with this?

    Thank you for contacting Customer Support.

    Name servers are pointing 2 set of name server causing the conflicts between 2 servers.
    You need to delete the previous name server (syrahost.com) and contact WordPress to
    configure Mail A record and MX record to fix the email issue.

    Mail A record: mail.becquail.com —> 203.170.82.73

    MX record: becquail.com —-> mail.becquail.com

    You’ll need to get the exact MX records from your email provider and add them to your Custom DNS panel: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/

    I have information provided, and I have forwarded it to support@wordpress.com for help but I have had no reply. I do not understand the example given on the link that you have supplied.
