Can you create bookmarks? And, what happens to my blog if I die?
-
I’m not really having a problem, I was just curious if you could add a bookmark feature for individuals reading the blog to be able to pick up where they left off. My blog is in reverse-chronological order, like a book, and it would be handy for any future readers to be able to bookmark their place.
Secondly, I anticipate dying one day (many years from now, God willing), and I’m curious: What will happen to my blog? Does it have to be continually updated or maintained, or will the writings become public property?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, you can’t really bookmark a place with WP.com software, although there might be browser add-ons that can do that.
Copyright doesn’t vanish when you die. If you don’t designate a literary heir and give them the password, your blog basically goes into limbo. It’s a nightmare. Make a will.

Many sites make it very difficult for anyone other than the account holder to access accounts and that can create problems for your Executor and Beneficiaries unless you plan in advance.
