Can You Customize the Code on a WordPress.com Site

Can you edit a template in WordPress.com or are you stuck with whatever design the template has? I ask since we cannot FTP into the code.

The answer is “no” We cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. All blogs here wearing the same theme are using the same template and only Staff can access those files.

If you want that functionality you need a WordPress.org install.

I don’t know why you dropped the link above as your WordPress.COM blog is linked to your username, but on this forum we provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. For that other site you must go to http://wordpress.org/support/
