Can you cut a blog over from a la carte upgrades to the Pro Bundle?

    I’m contemplating adding the Pro Bundle to a blog of mine, but since I currently have Custom Design and No Ads upgrades I can’t add it in the online store. Those upgrades are due to renew in a week; are you folks able to cut a blog from a la carte upgrades over to the bundle? Would I need to back up my theme customizations first?

    I also map a subdomain of my own. Is there a way to make that work with the bundle, or does the bundle only work for domains purchased directly from you folks?
