  No “white list” – anyone that has your Post by Email address can send in a Post –

  You can invite specific people to contribute to your blog by becoming official users and your assign their roles. they can in turn choose how to post to it.

  I see you have the old picture back

  For the OP – if you are worried about what might be posted – invite as a Contributor – they can edit their own Posts but can’t publish them – an Admin must approve a Post – once published they can’t edit the published Post – that is about as save as it gets
