can you earn money on wordpress?

  I was just wondering if you could sell anything or make a buisness. Cause I may want to get into that.

  WordPress.com can’t be used as an e-commerce site. It just won’t support the kind of applications you’d need. But that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to promote an existing business, blog about your industry to raise your profile, or even sell things (if you’re an original artist or something).   You cannot have paid advertisements or paid posts, though.

  No. The only thing you can do is get a host and use the free wordpress.org software
