  I would like the ability to post under different pages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Best is to publish your posts using specific categories. After that you can set category pages as menu items. You can follow the instructions in this guide to learn more about this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-category-pages
