Can you export a WordPress widget to another blog?

  I would like to export the e-mail subscription widget offered by WordPress into another one of my blogs (a Blogger blog). Is there any way that this can be done?

  Our current email subscription is not transferrable between blogs (within WordPress.com or with any other blog platforms). The feature is only available on WordPress.com blogs, and the readers need to re-subscribe if you move to another WP.com blog.
