Can you filter referrer spam?

  I am receiving multiple referrer spams from a site. The following is what appears in my site stats in the Referrer box:

  [URL Removed by Staff]

  If you are able, can you please filter this referrer for me.

  In the future, please contact us via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and file a private request to report these, as we don’t want to provide any further publicity for the spammers.
