Hi @jahredandveronica, sure! The personal plan also comes with direct support. Paid plans help us cover our costs, including the cost of support staff.
If you need help with a free site but don’t feel comfortable asking questions in the forums, I’d recommend searching https://wordpress.com/support for a few keywords related to your question. You’re likely to find answers in our documents, or in previous forum posts from other users.
