Can you get the toolbar always on top?

    Is it an option for wordpress.com sites to have the toolbar always on top? I’ve got a page where it’s just a bunch of sample photos from my portfolio but I don’t want people to scroll all the way just to have to scroll all the way up (even I wanted to leave the website after testing it).

    Is there a scroll to top widget? Something to make the rest of the site accessible halfway down a page? I tried checking the Support and the Forum but I couldn’t find anything pertaining to this. It’s much appreciated and I apologize if this is in the wrong section!
