Can you give me advice as to how I can get these videos uploaded to my site?

  I want to upload some videos to my site. A couple of them are approximately 1.5 gigs so they need to be converted. The video converts that I’ve found online only convert to flashvvideo and WordPress.com doesn’t recognize that format.
