Automatic translation is not available to WordPress.com blogs. We bloggers do not have FTP access to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and we bloggers cannot install any plugins, we cannot use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or any others, as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascriptHowever, I have translation on my WordPress.com blogs. There are two workarounds and you will find them here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/
Note: You can create a page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ then and copy and paste the code on my Translations page here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/translation/ Be sure to replace every occurrence of my blog’s URL in the code with your own blog’s URL.
If you are bilingual or multilingual and want to publish your free hosted WordPress.com in two or more languages but do not want to rely on machine translation that can be done see here > http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2013/02/25/wordpress-com-multilingual-blogs/

Hi,
I do not need translation as I will translate myself them.
SO if i get this right, I need to create two categories pages in order to separate the posts for different languages.
What about my main page will still all posts appear on that page as well?

Yes

Unless you create a static front page and a separate Blogs page for all posts to appear on the answer is yes.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/Bottom line: There has to be a Blog page in any blog where all posts will appear in reverse chronoloigal order, regardless of the dynamic categories pages.

Hi,
Well I think the bottom line draws the line for me this time, so I go with the Category options
because the static page would not help this time. But I try out both to see how they work.
THanks for the answers I am super newbie here and on blogging alltogether so really appriciate your fast responses.
Thank you
