can you have a sidebar only on front page?

  I have a theme that allows for sidebars, which is great, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to have the sidebar only show up on my front page, and not (for example) on my blog/posts page.

  In your post editor, choose ‘Full Width’ from the Template Dropdown menu on your right-hand side. Review this guide to learn more about it.
